Bought my granddaughter some new shoes from Clark’s Newark today. Libby was most helpful and took Amelia under her wing to make her feel at ease as she was a little upset. We came for our daughters first pair of shoes and Talisha looked after us very well. Helpful advice with what to get and really good with our daughter who loved it. We got a lovely memory box with the shoes as well.

Looked after by Steve today in the Belfast store. Extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately what we were looking for was out of stock in my son’s size, but that wasn’t Steve’s fault. We did leave with a pair of trainers, but unfortunately not the school shoes. Steve advised going back with some more information on what shoes my son already has, instead of just ordering a pair and hoping for the best. Thank you Steve 😁😁
