"Super helpful and friendly"

Had a wonderfully helpful shoe fitting session with Hemi at the Stratford store for my little one. She was very knowledgeable about what shoes would be best for my daughter, and was very considerate and due diligent in finding great fitting shoes that were on sale, so I didn’t have to spend a small fortune on shoes that my daughter will likely grow out of in a minute. I felt that we had her full attention and didn’t ever fell pressured or rushed, even though the store was quite busy. Thankyou Hemi!

My daughter had her shoes fitted by a lovely lady called Angela. She was very friendly and helpful advice she was great with my 5 year old daughter. They didn't have in store the size of a model my daughter wanted to try and Angela brought a different type of shoe to try and compare. She was patient and let us have our chats without interfering.
