Sienna at the Bedford Interchange branch was very helpful with my son today. She was so gentle when she was checking his shoe size and helped him put on the shoes. Everyone in the shop greeted us when we walked in and gave us a wonderful customer experience. I was very impressed with my visit today.

Just had the best experience in the Grafton Street store with Louis. He is such a wonderful person as he went above and beyond running back and forth bring out multiple pairs of shoes for me to try. I was getting pretty disheartened as nothing was fitting my odd shaped feet. He came up with the idea of going down a size but up a width fitting....hey presto....result the shoes fitted. Super star!! 🥳🌟

I went in to Clarks in Hinckley to get a pair of shoes for my dad who has alzheimers. The assistants name is Luca.
I do not have the words to say how fantastic Luca was, nothing was too much trouble. It was one if the best interactions I've had with a sales assistant. I will be telling everyone I can how amazing he was especially dealing with my dad. Thank you Luca for making an experience that could have been stressful as smooth as possible, you ate a credit to Clarks and I hope you get the recognition you deserve
