Got our little girls first pair of shoes in the Grafton street store.The experience was great from start to finish. Attended to by Gerry he was attentive, personable and brilliant with our little girl. Made the whole experience so seamless and straight forward. Customer service at its best we will definitely be back and couldn’t reckoned him anymore.

Went to Clarks in Putney for shoes for my daughter. Gina, the manager; and the rest of the team were so helpful. They listened to my requests as I often struggle to find shoes wide enough to fit my daughter's feet. They measured her feet and showed me a selection of shoes which were best to fit her shape of foot.

Got two pairs of shoe today @ Lakeside branch. Excellent customer service. Manager was so nice. Also, the staff by name Morenike, was exceptional.

Hope the shoe further consolidate this good service I received.

I have to give a huge thank you to Hemi Patel from the Westfield Stratford Clarks store ! A great exemplar example of customer service - my elderly mother bought three pairs of shoes due to her swelling of her feet she was given lots of advice patience and attention to the right shoes for her - although Hemi’s management and Clark’s strategy is focused on online sales and not to spend too much time with a customer- Hemi went above and beyond to spending the time to ensure the customer got the right shoes- she really stood out and needs recognition from Clark’s in showcasing the right attitude and knowledge of the products 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Having already written a Trustpilot review based on the woeful customer service responses to my online query I received a reply from Clark’s asking me to get in touch so that they could look into my issue. So I did and here is the reply I received after I did as they requested.

So you can see everything I said previously about the CS representatives not bothering to read complaints is justified. A perfect example of incompetence!

Well done Clark’s you’ve out performed yourselves yet again on your inability to be even remotely useful!

The response from Clark’s below is a complete lie! I did not place an order and they did not send me an email. Clearly written so that readers think they are actually taking action. Trust me they are not!

"Helpful staff, but poor availability of shoes"

I went to Clarks to buy new school shoes for my son. The assistant, Sienna, was knowledgeable, helpful and kind and did her best to ensure we got what we needed. Her hands were tied, however, because most of the styles my son liked that were on display were not held in the store in the size that we needed. One of the styles on display was not even available to order online. I think Clarks needs to get its inventory sorted out because there is very little value in attending a store if it does not have the stock available to purchase. This is not the first time we have had this experience.

"Staff who go above and beyond"

A big thank you to Sue at Clarks Norwich Riverside for helping Mum to find suitable footwear this morning. Mum has mobility issues plus injuries to her feet which make finding the right shoes difficult. Sue was patient, helpful and kind even when Mum tried on nearly every shoe in the shop. Mum came home happily with 2 excellent pairs of shoes. Sue is an asset to the store. Thank you.

"Comfy Wide Fit Sandals"

I was looking for a pair of comfy holiday sandals in the Clark’s shop in Oldham. I need wide fit and Zak was so helpful in finding the best size to fit. The colour I preferred wasn’t in the shop so she ordered them and I can pick them up in a few days. Can’t wait to wear them!
