DNA payments have been brilliant throughout the process of setting up our new card machine. Managed to save us lot of money on fees compared to our old card payment provider.
Dougie was extremely helpful, he rang multiple times to help us track our delivery and once delivered rang back to help us set the new card reader up. He gave us step by step instructions on how to set it up and use all the features on it. The card reader itself is very easy to use and even gives us the option to add our menu to the software. Great company to deal with.

I was incredibly nervous about switching provider as I had moved to Worldpay about 9 months previously then my rates had shot up ridiculously. Starting with Chris in sales, DNA have so far been professional, allayed many of my fears by providing clarication and transparency every step of the way. I have just set up my machines today with excellent, friendly help from Dougie. The process was simple and I'm now good to go. I am keeping all fingers crossed that the service I've received so far extends throughout my contract. If its does I'll be one happy customer.
