"Defective Helmets safely issues! "

While riding down the Pacific Coast Highway in California, the single bolt that holds the visor in place came unscrewed and fell off completely, bouncing down the road. This left the visor dangling very unsafely, whacking against the side of my face. I could easily have crashed.

When I asked for help, I was told that I would need to buy a brand-new set of 2 bolts because I had not extended my warranty. I didn't feel that a defective product should be warrantied. That's about the worst thing you could say to a motorcyclist who is putting their life on the line every time they ride.

So zero customer service. And very unsafe product. I recommend another brand for your own safety.

It was everything I had hoped it would be. Warm, comfortable fit and perfect vision through the anti fog visor in the chilly conditions.

It is hands down the best helmet I have had in 42 years of riding!

My Hedon Hedonist is exactly what it advertised. A stylish comfortable helmet made of great materials. I was worried the face shield would not fit the new generation of helmets but a quick message to support got me an accurate answer.

A simple order became convoluted and confused due to a mistake by a member of the After Sales team. Despite other Hedon team members becoming involved the originally source of the confusion lacked any humility and sense of ownership, eventually resorting to insulting me. A last minute apology and a free visor hardly made up for this negative buying experience. Shame, the helmet was what I had hoped for.
