A great product, superb quality. And very good service. I ordered a Hedonist 2.0 Macadamia helmet and a coffee visor. The visor was out of stock but the customer service team quickly informed me, and agreed a separate delivery date for this, which I appreciated.

The customer service is absolutely excellent and I've never had such an amazing experience ever before. Both, Aaron and Anne, have gone above and beyond over the last 2 months to help me with some issues. They worked with me dilligently to find the best solution and consistently maintained contact throughout the duration. They never took more than an hour or so to get back to my emails and always had atleast a few different options for me to work with. They were gracious enough to offer alternative solutions even when I had messed up my returns!

My dealings with Hedon have been absolutely perfect .. overwhelmingly positive in fact. Buying a new bike, I decided it was also time to upgrade my kit. A new lid, jacket, gloves etc. The team at Hedon customer services bent over backwards to make sure I made informed choices I’m sure will enhance my riding pleasure (and safety) for years to come. To top it off, their products are as good as you hope they will be. Superb craftsmanship and undeniable quality which adds up to a fantastic and reassuring customer experience. These are the best looking helmets out there. Don’t trust your noggin to anything less perfect. I suggest one size up from your normal helmet size unless you’re normal helmet size is already roomy.
