"Stylish and comfortable but color didn't match expectations "

I recently purchased the Hedon Hedstrong helmet, and while it excels in many areas, I had mixed feelings about the color. The design is undeniably stunning—Hedon has mastered the art of combining style and comfort in a helmet. The fit is snug yet comfortable, the materials feel premium, and it’s lightweight enough for long rides without any discomfort.
However, the cream color of the helmet didn’t quite match what was presented on the website. While it’s still a beautiful product, I was expecting a slightly different shade based on the images on the website. The presented color is much brighter than the delivered helmet. This was a bit disappointing, as I specifically chose this color for this model.

"Hedon's Unique Bike Helmet"

Not their signature product, but Hedon's bicycle helmet is an interesting variation on the usual bike helmets that are available from all the other manufacturers. A boxier look, and a lot less venting - will work well for chillier rides, particularly when you need to have a hat, headband or other head insulating gear underneath. Adjusting the chin strap is also a bit unusual, but works well once you figure it out.

I was looking for something different and came across the Hedon helmet range. Excellent design and exceptional customer service. If you are after a truly special helmet then take a look. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I follow the sizing guides and did not fit which I understand. The process of exchanging was painful as Customer Service only answers 1 email per day and I was charge extremely expensive shipping fee. I would not recommend anybody outside UK buying their products. I’m still waiting for the replacement

The decision to go for a Hedon open-faced custom helmet was the wisest I could ever make. The sizing is incredibly accurate and the quality top notch.

Moreover, the customer care was beyond any expectation with Anne's in particular, whose assistance was crucial to pick the appropriate size for my helmet.
What a pity that it is not feasible to thank every single member of the team by name for the fabulous work they did. Hopefully my five star rating will do them justice!
