The bulb/tube was just what was needed and not to be found in the high street. Unfortunately the Royal Mail delivery let down the experience. I have put in a formal complaint to RM. I would suggest a different delivery service?

Excellent customer service . I had problems with some lightbulbs I’d bought , there was a very prompt informative response when I made contact . I had to return the bulbs , prepaid postage label was provided without any fuss and they provided a refund though arguably the situation was equivocal . Thank you

Ordered bulbs 20th Nov but have not received any info from them since. I have emailed and left 2 messages on their customer service answer machine and to date (5th Dec) had no response.
