NON ACQUISTATE ASSOLUTAMENTE! SONO DEI TRUFFATORI! Oggi siamo al 3 Marzo 2025 e sto ancora combattendo per ricevere il reso di un ordine fatto il 2 Dicembre 2024! Rispondono alle mail dicendo che avrei ricevuto il rimborso entro 28 giorni lavorativi ovvero il 14 Febbraio, ovviamente non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso! Li ho contattati nuovamente e mi hanno risposto dicendo che mi avrebbero rimborsati entro i 2 - 4 gg lavorativi. Ancora oggi non ho ricevuto i miei soldi. Ricorrerò alle vie legali!

I have returned my shoes (BESTELLUNG #36892) 2 months ago. You confirmed the receipt and told me it would take 28(!!!) working days to receive the refund. These period has long passed now.i haven’t received the refund and do not receive an answer on my mails. This strongly looks like this is a fraud???

Hice un pedido de una sandalias de tacón, 350€, me mandaron las sandalias pero con la talla equivocada, me estaban pequeñas y solicité la devolucion, recibieron las sandalias y me decian que tardaban 21 dias en delvolver el dinero. Pasaban los meses y nada, te cogen el tlf y se hacen los sorprendidos diciendo que no saben que ha ocurrido, se disculpan y dicen que lo tramitan ya, tengo documentado todo. Mentira, me pasé un año llamandoles, nunca ví el dinero, en redes bloquean a todo el les pide explicaciones, hablé con mas chicas a las que les habían hecho lo mismo. Lo doy por perdido pero la rabia es que siguen engañando a la gente y no hay manera de hacerlo mas público

"Friendly, quick delivery, good quality, sizing could be better"

Friendly and very quick service re delivery, they were sent with ups and i received the beautiful Dayna leather boots 2 days later. Only thing is that when asked for advice on what size i should take with a usual EU 39,5 size, the person I spoke to said that size 40 suffices. But in hindsight I’d rather ordered 41.

J'ai commandé 2 paires de chaussures qui d'ailleurs ont mis énormément de temps à être livrées.
Les 2 paires ne me conviennent pas, les chaussures taille un peu petites.
Je les ai donc renvoyées au service clients.
Depuis le 10 février je suis toujours en attente du remboursement.
Je trouve ça dommage que ce soit aussi long.
C'est déplorable.
Très déçue du service je ne commanderai plus chez eux.

I wish I could give zero stars because this company is a disgrace. I ordered a pair of shoes from Identità Shoes, spent a significant amount of money, only to receive a pair that did not fit despite being labeled with the correct size. I immediately contacted their support team and followed all their return instructions at my own expense (30 EUR for shipping).

They confirmed receiving the package and assured me that my refund would be processed within 28 working days. Guess what? That was a decade ago – and I am still waiting for my money.

What followed was a shameless cycle of stalling, false promises, and complete disregard for customer rights. Their support team repeatedly lied, claiming the refund was "processing" or that there were "delays" due to a high volume of requests. Yet, they never had any issue taking my payment instantly when I placed my order.

I sent countless emails, demanded answers, and even warned them that I would escalate the matter. They did not care. Their last response? More empty words about their manager "actively working on it." That was months ago, and still, no refund.

At this point, it’s clear that Identità Shoes is running a fraudulent business. They take your money, send subpar products, and if you dare to return them, they will string you along until you give up. I refuse to let that happen.

Avoid this scam at all costs. If you’ve had a similar experience, report them, expose them, and warn others. They should not be allowed to continue cheating customers.

NO COMPRÉIS EN ESTA TIENDA!!! No miréis las reseñas con 5 estrellas (seguro que están compradas!).

Hay alguien a quien le devolvieron el dinero???
