However, the parcel got stuck in customs because Identità Shoes refused to respond to customs inquiries—something only they could do as the recipient. Despite multiple emails, they completely ignored me and refused to cooperate, leaving my return in limbo.

📌 Their Scam-Like Behavior:
• They ignore emails and customer service inquiries once they have your money.
• They claim not to receive returns, even when tracking proves otherwise.
• No refunds, no accountability, no customer support.

Thanks to my payment provider, Klarna, I was eventually able to resolve the issue on my end. But if I had paid directly, I would have been completely out of pocket.

So far, I have ordered two pairs of Jolie. They do run very large. This is a sandal and normally I wear a size 41, but in this shoe I had to order a 39. The shoes are very pretty. They are all synthetic. The one thing I have a major problem with is the heel is not straight up and down it curves under which does not look right and could lead it to break off.

Bad communication .
The shoes were late it was saying 3-7 days and it took 14 days
I bought two pairs I wanted to send one back because the fit and style was not good and still they haven’t helped regarding the way to sent the shoes back !!
They just emailed me the address without bar code and a link to read which doesn’t say sometimeting

The quality is a bit more poor regarding the past .

**AGGIORNAMENTO** dopo alcuni solleciti tramite mail (con minaccia di pec) e una chiamata, stamattina è arrivato il rimborso.

Purtroppo mi è stato regalato un paio di scarpe acquistate su questo sito e, avendo deciso di restituirle, sto riscontrando enormi difficoltà nell’ottenere il rimborso. Confermo pienamente quanto riportato nelle recensioni precedenti: ottenere un rimborso è un’Odissea.
Un consiglio fondamentale: prestate molta attenzione al metodo di pagamento e ai tempi utili per presentare un reclamo tramite PayPal. Io, fidandomi delle indicazioni del sito, ho atteso i famosi 30 giorni lavorativi per il rimborso, ma guarda caso, proprio quel periodo coincide con la scadenza del termine per aprire una contestazione. So già che quei soldi non li rivedrò mai più…
Mi chiedo come un sito del genere possa essere ancora attivo.

I am very satisfied with the boots I received. I ordered long black croc print boots (heel of 6 cm) on January 31, 2025. They have delivered them today, on February 13, 2025 (to Split, Croatia). The boots are perfect! The service responds to emails/inquiries fast. I will order again for sure. Thank you Identità Shoes! :)
