Terrible Experience with GC Motors
If I could give zero stars, I would.

This company is everything wrong with the motor trade.

They blatantly disregard consumer rights, leaving you with no choice but to either take them to court or keep the faulty car. A critical warning to potential buyers: GC Motors isn't registered with the Motor Ombudsman, so don't expect any external help unless you want to pay.

I purchased a Porsche Macan from them, only to discover serious mechanical faults within the first month. Trying to return it turned into a complete nightmare woth the car sat on my drive for months while i was ignored by customer aftercare service. In the end, I was forced to sell it privately because taking GC Motors to court would have cost me thousands of pounds.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to stay far away from this company. Simply filter by bad reviews, I wish I had seen the truth before purchasing. Don’t be fooled by their expensive cars and flashy website—behind the façade is a company that will leave you stranded.

I am sure this customer service will come back with some shoddy excuse to this review.

Car was very fairly priced by GC Motors, so made the process so much easier. They delivered the car a 400mile round trip without charge. The car was immaculate and exceptionally well valeted. Delivery driver was very professional (Simon). Good experience.

Having recently swiftly been sold a car from GC Motors, they now can’t provide me with a guarantee/certificate of my Gen3 ceramic coating add on. Has this been charged in addition under false pretences??!

Just purchased a Kia e-Niro from GC Motors of Harrogate. Sam Falkous dealt with the whole process from beginning to end and made the whole experience as straightforward as it could be. Sam was very polite and was able to answer every query I had about the car. Hats off to Pete also who kindly agreed for a minor area of body damage to be repaired as part of the deal.

Neil Abbey was excellent when we came to test drive a Porsche Taycan.
Very courteous and knowledgable.
We haven’t found the ideal car yet however we will keep an eye on their upcoming motors and if one ticks all the boxes it would be a pleasure completing the buying process with Neil.

Bought G350 found out it has parts missing and damage on roof then an oil leak came out left me 6 month waiting then they do the worse job on the paint work and offer me £250 to polish the vehicle.

Dreadful customer service. Sold me a car on agreed price went to collect and they reneged on the deal. Presumably offered a better trade in from someone else. The manager should be fired. In buying cars over 30 years I j have never been treated like this. Avoid this company.
