Everything was great I wasn't pressured into anything and everyone was very polite. Things were fully explained to me and I was happy with the deal. The salesperson who dealt with me was first class.

I arrived early .. far too early .. but everyone I encountered was so good...
So 10/10 for customer service ..

It's funny about little things.. charged for £60 of fuel... That's fine. But it was just over half a tank . Maybe they bought it on the motorway...

On a £70k car... Maybe I was expecting it to be full...

And maybe a checklist of what I needed to bring ... As I px the car .. but didn't bring receipts... So took £2k off me... I'm sure it will be refunded... But was a little surprised...

But those gripes aside .. felt like celebrity service .. so 5*

Bought a c63 off them this week. It’s arrived in absolutely lovely condition for 5 years old. Tyres all good, brand new brakes all around and paintwork is almost perfect. It’s the second car I’ve bought off them this year and I will deal with them again in the future. Bailey was the lad I’ve been dealing 👍🏼

We bought a VW Amarok last week.
For anyone looking to buy a vehicle I urge you to give these guys a try! The full service we received was faultless, from the interest stage right through to purchase.

"As good as buying anew car"

We recently purchased an 8 year old Porsche Boxster from GC Motors of Harrogate. Our Advisor was Elliot and he was excellent. He explained that buying a used car from GC would be like buying a new car with the same level of service and the same attention to detail and client satisfaction.
Our little car at collection looked magnificent. We were escorted to meet the Service Manager and were taken through the worksheet for all the work they had done on the car before releasing it for sale. A full major service, all fluids, filters, spark plugs, new tyres and all four road wheels professionally refinished to manufacturers factory standards and then a full 12 months MOT with no advisories.
The communications we had with Elliot were every bit as good as if buying a brand new car from a franchised dealership and we have been impressed and delighted at every interaction.

We highly recommend purchasing pre-owned cars from GC Motors, we can’t see how anyone could offer a better product or efficient service.
