I am a carer for a disabled lady who just had her electricity cut off. She was in an abusive relationship which had ended the day before with police taking him from the home after an AVO was broken. Joanne had no idea of the financial problems she was to have ahead of her as he was in control of finances and was hiding it all. When I rang you we were put onto Michael and he was amazing. Very caring, compassionate and confident in his job. He took us through every step explaining it all very clearly and informed us of what help was available to her in her circumstances. She went from complete panic and in tears to calm. He followed up by sending further information we could look into. An amazing member of staff.
