I paid a part payment of my account, but accidentally paid to old acc. I would like to thank MJ for sorting this out and transferring to my current ACC. What I thought was going to be a big headache, she fixed in no time at all. Thanks again MJ. Much appreciated.

I am a new customer to Origin Energy. My power was meant to be connected 7 days ago. I am still waiting for it. I have sent 4 emails via their Contact Us page, and spoken to 4 customer service people. I am still waiting for power. I tried to escalate the matter by requesting to speak with a Team Leader. I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back (the oldest trick in the book). She never called me. If I could do things over, I would never work with Origin Energy again.

Due to my own error, I paid Gas instead of Electricity.
With the help of Jace and Paige, the amount was credited to my Electricity account. Very much appreciated.

Great customer service. As well as great and quick technical team. A great decision i chose origin energy and internet package. Was given a great deal when I called their hotline.

I called call centre as I made an incorrect bpay payment, Paris from the business team transferred the amount to the correct bpay number. She even went above and beyond checking the credit amount I have on the other account and arrange a credit refund, which I did not realise exists. Thanks Paris, you are the best customer call centre person I ever spoke with!
