I queried my last bill, and over the last 3 months a lovely lady by the name of Sarah has been keeping me updated with the progress of my query. Today, I received notification that the account has been adjusted and I would like to thank Sarah for her continued efforts in reaching a conclusion. Thank you

I phoned to see if I could get a better pricing, which I did, not a lot, but better than I had. I then had questions regarding the account that I didn't understand what they were and I was answered very patiently by the operator until I understood. Much thanks for that! The only problem was (my end) I had trouble understanding the accent, however he very graciously repeated what he said so I could understand. I have been with origin for over 25 years, I know loyalty means nothing now a days, but I am still here!

Harish was well spoken and clear in communication and didn’t talk too fast for me to understand easily. He was patient and allowed me time to follow directions and never spoke over me if I had questions.
I’ve had to call Origin previously and had a very stressful experience, so it was great to deal with Harish today!
