A huge thank you to the entire team at United Nation Van Lines – you guys made a stressful move for us so much more bearable than we had ever imagined it could be! A big shout out to the sales manager who kept up with our litany of questions without ever being rude or curt. Another huge kudos to their pricing system that is low enough for us to afford while still giving us impeccable service in every way. The best part is the moving crew that moved us out of our 4 bedroom apartment and into our 3 bedroom house in California so smoothly – you guys were awesome! I rate United Nation Van Lines 5stars. They made such short work of packing and loading my 2 bedroom house in Huntsville, AL that I was almost speechless. Even though they were so fast, they were never careless. I feel that they took a lot of care but they just had the technique from experience of how to get things moved quickly without damaging anything. The proof is in the pudding and now that I have unpacked everything in my Texas home, I can say that for sure. This was my first experience with United Nation Van Lines but I can see myself using them again in the future.

Every penny was an investment in keeping our things secure and ensuring that they reached our new house in Tennessee safe and sound, and right on time as well. The movers were friendly, kind and polite, taking the time to speak to us when we had queries and always personable in their interactions with us. They were punctual with both pickup and delivery. We are very happy and would use them again for sure.

My favorite part about this company is how well trained and presented their team is. You can speak to anyone and ask for anything and you will get a consistent answer, always polite and kind. However, it is not just a veneer – the entire team really is invested in your satisfaction. The movers are quick and very careful with anything they are given to move. United Nation Van Lines has been my favorite moving company for some time now mainly because they are always polite and professional. I found that to be the same this time also but decided to write a review because they got me moved from Texas to California even faster than they had told me. So, if you want good service, courteous and attentive movers as well as everything done in a flash, this is the only company that you should call. They have proven themselves over and over again to me and I have every confidence in them to hire them again.

My first concern with any move is whether the people can be trusted to be on time. In the case of United Nation Van Lines, that is always the case. In the 3 moves that I have hired them for, they have always stuck religiously by the schedule they provide, and usually arrive early. I also like that they are priced in the medium level. Most of the others in this tier are nowhere as reliable or efficient. I will keep hiring them because they have earned my business.

I have been used movers many times and just wanted to write this review to say that United Nation Van Lines really is something special. They were so good with their customer service that it felt like I was talking to hotel staff or something. Really well trained. Their moving team is full of guys who really do professional moving full time, not part timers and college kids. This means that they are good at their job, which means that your huge expensive flat screen TV is not going to get smashed! I have no problem recommending them and giving them 5 stars – they deserve both.

I was moving from a 2-bedroom apartment in Phoenix, AZ to my own 3-bedroom house in Hawthorne, CA and hired United Nation Van Lines upon a friend’s suggestion. They were slightly expensive but I stuck with them anyway because of the positive words my friend couldn’t stop telling me about them. Now I know that they earned each of them. The movers were polite as well as good at their job. The packing material was A grade. They were on time and worked hard. I would definitely hire them again.

We are loyal customers of United Nation Van Lines and have been since the very first time we hired them approximately 7 years ago. This time, we were moving some furniture that we had left in storage into a home that we are renting out. It was a pretty small move comparatively and involved just about 3 hours of work. Despite the fact that it was a small job, the movers still did a completely professional job. We experienced the same courtesy and speed we have seen that they give us for major jobs. I rate this move 5 stars.

We hired United Nation Van Lines for our move from Richmond, VA to Orlando, FL recently after considering about 10 of their competitors who provide the same service between these 2 states. Part of United Nation Van Lines's appeal to me right from the start was the team’s attitude when I called to enquire about prices. They were so open and willing to elaborate on how to choose the right package for the best balance of convenience and cost. It really helped me to make an informed decision and ultimately save many thousands of dollars compared to what the other moving companies had quoted to us. If a company is willing to cut their profits for their customers, you simply can’t go wrong!
