I would not have written this review if not for the coordination manager who we spoke to several times. She was able to arrange and rearrange the dates and times on numerous occasions to accommodate some changes that we had been forced into because my husband lost his job during the pandemic. Not much building back better going on! Anyway, with her help, everything fell into place and we were able to keep from being homeless for a few nights. Not to take away from the excellent work of the moving team, though! Definite future rehire.

"Since this was my first time hiring…"

Since this was my first time hiring movers, I was unsure about what to expect. Now I know that if you choose the right company – in this case, United Nation Van Lines – you will get hard work, a reasonable price, and save a lot of money. The moving crew deserves a special mention for their work on the job but I would definitely also include their customer support team in the accolades. They were willing to spend time on the phone with us to explain the entire contract, and then to address our concerns about things like insurance. I think they are very well-priced for what customers get in return.

"These guys rock"

These guys rock. It was easy to get updated about our truck in transit – we just had to call their office and they would give us a live update. The customer service staff is very caring and accommodating in that sense. They manage to include all that for a very reasonable price. Let’s not forget the moving crew who do such hard work and are the brand ambassadors. We certainly felt like we got a great impression of the company from their hard work. Choosing them again for our next move is an easy decision.

I have been a loyal customer of United Nation Van Lines for almost a decade and they have always maintained a level of service and precision that I have not found with any other moving company. This 5 star review is for my recent move of my 3 bedroom house to California. The move went off to an ideal start with the truck arriving on time. The movers got to work after taking instructions and completed the job within 3 hours. They were ahead of schedule for delivery, which turned out to be very convenient. The unloading was even faster. In all that time, they did not damage anything. 5 stars.

This is my second hire of United Nation Van Lines for a home move and they have left me pleased with my choice once again. It’s pretty clear from the way that the movers behave with customers and how well they perform their job that the company chooses its employees wisely, and probably also trains them. I am quite surprised that they do not price themselves higher – some of their competitors that I have hired before charge more but cannot match this level of quality. I already plan to hire them for a third time in the near future and have also recommended them to friends who will be moving soon.

I had never even heard of United Nation Van Lines before this move but here I am now singing their praises to the world. The main reason is how well they conduct themselves. Each person in the team knows their role. The movers work together with such precision! There was no damage to our things either in the pickup or the delivery stage. I would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and effort. I would hire this company again.

Moving is always a pain and the best you can hope for is a company like United Nation Van Lines to get you through it without losing your sanity. My 5 star rating is based on their willingness to adjust their schedule to suit what was happening in my life rather than the other way around. I had booked them weeks in advance but had to reschedule a week before moving day. They accommodated my request at no charge. Kudos to their customer service people for making it so easy. Coming to the moving men, they were courteous, eager to work, and great at their jobs. Very easy to recommend this splendid team.

"Buyer Beware!"

Buyer Beware!! This company will rip you off. Just try calling their so-called Customer Service. They NEVER call back. When I finally got through to them, they lied to me TWICE! I've since found out that they have kept other people's possessions until they extort more money from you. I would bet that most of those favorable reviews are padding created by the company itself. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable firm, not one that tries to play off the name 'United Van Lines' but is a sham.

We have been hiring United Nation Van Lines for all our moving jobs for our company as well as any home moves for several years now. This decision is not based on habit - we actually look up the current rates for several movers every time before we decide. What we have found is that United Nation Van Lines is the only company that gives us the balance between affordability and quality that we find acceptable. In this move, I was simply moving a few suburbs to a bigger home. United Nation Van Lines handled the relatively small job just as smoothly as they have done our huge office moves. 5 stars.

"Not one of your ordinary"

Not one of your ordinary, run of the mill moving companies. They were really easy to work with – listened to our instructions on moving fragile items and big electronic devices, came on time and finished within the time they had said they would. We managed to get our move to California from Texas done ahead of schedule because they did such a fine job. I would hire them again, no questions asked. We were moving a 3-bedroom house from Fort Worth, TX to Lompoc, CA.
