I definitely had a great experience putting the frame together . I had a large mirror therefore it took two people .
My only suggestion to the company is please add a bit more glue !

I've purchased two mirror frames from Mirror Mate and I love them. The ordering process was easy and made sure I got the right configuration for my situation, the frames are easy to assemble and install with clear instructions, and they look great.

"Finish is taking off / company still silent "

The finish on a frame taking off(removing) after around 6 months. Its looks terrible. But company looks like don’t want to fix it. Never respond to email or over the phone from official site. Please avoid this company

Carefully measured. Walls were not straight, of course, so I was super careful to discuss that with someone on the phone. Mirror was easy to put together. We were careful while installing and it looks fantastic! Gives our guest bath an entirely new and finished look. Super happy.

The assembly of the actual mirror was easy and went smoothly. But the clips they provided to replace the plastic clips on our mirror were way too big. The clip did not fit flush against the mirror and the little foam "spacer" tab provided was no help. Not to mention the screws provided for the dry wall anchors were too small. We ended up having to cut notches out of the frame to fit our current plastic clips. Definitely shouldn't have had to do that for the price paid. The hardware provided should have been correct. End product looks nice though.

I mentioned in my earlier correspondence that I had sent an email to info@MirrorMate before deciding to order a 2nd time. The email came from my email tahzack. I was fully versed in using a discount code for the first order. I sent the email to inquire about the possibility of another 10% discount if I have mirrormate another order. Mirrormate responded to this request saying they would give 10% on a 2nd order IF I CALLED THE ORDER IN. I have asked mirrormate to review their email log from info@mirrormate to tahzack to see the response they sent me. They obviously did not do this. They made a promise via the email that they did not keep when I called in the 2nd order. The customer service rep was unaware of this and was very rude when I explained this. I am still waiting for mirrormate review their email log in correspondence to tahzack. They either won’t do it or they don’t have past records of their emails. They owe me an apology.

This company cannot be trusted. They have a very rude customer service that wants to talk over a customer. They promised via e-mail that they would give. 10% discount a second time if I would order again. This promise was made via e-mail. However the customer service said they would not honor it. She was abrasive. Not again with them. Good luck.

One of the best do-it-yourself experiences ever! Got quick response to a pre-order question and frame arrived in perfect condition, with everything needed to transform our 1957 dining room mirror into a more contemporary piece. Great company, great product!

"Excellent Quality Price and Customer service!"

I ordered a frame for A very large wall mirror in our bathroom. We were going to replace it with 2 smaller mirrors but I would have lost so much Mirror, I didn't want to do that Plus the cost for 2 mirrors with frames that didn't match as nice was crazy. Then I find Mirror Mate. I was a bit confused exactly how to measure because I have Shutters almost butting up to the top frame. Customer service sat on the phone with me and walked me thru all my measurements and helped me get the perfect size. The frame came, it is perfect the color was perfect just like I picked. And the Quality is excellent!!! The Price was equal to what the cost of 2 mirrors would have cost me! I will be ordering another for my other huge bathroom mirror!!! Thank you Mirror Mate!!!

"Wrong size cut mirror frame."

1-16-22 I order 2 mirror frames for $456 one frame was cut with the wrong measurement. I called informing about the mistake they made, they want me to pay again, so they can fix their mistake. After a year later I'm very disappointed .

"I wish I could give zero"

I wish I could give zero, The adhesive stinks and pulls away almost immediately, despite the company's claims to the contrary.

DO NOT make this very expensive mistake.
