"Such a terrible shame"

Such a terrible shame! I ordered a Ritz Snuggler chair in April. Was very excited for its delivery. Chased it up after 5 months when it hadn’t arrived and was told it would be on its way very shortly. Tried to chase again in October but unable to get through to anyone. Am totally gutted!
What is totally frustrating is that my chair is probably sitting in a manufacturing company somewhere and they are stuck with it. I would buy it directly from them if only I knew who they were!
I am told by my credit card company that we will get the money back in 6 weeks if they cannot contact India Jane.
All such a huge disappointment. I took months deciding on this chair and now need to start hunting all over again.
I feel very sorry for others that have lost money.

"Insolvent trading!"

This company has now gone into administration after lying repeatedly to their customers. I would suggest that they have been trading fraudulently, taking customers money over the last few months with no intention of providing goods!
The Directors should be held accountable for what would appear to be trading insolvently.
I have claimed through my credit card company and have been reimbursed recently, but I am so sorry for customers who fall outside the timeline for a claim.
I am sure there are some big orders outstanding for people. Absolutely disgraceful.

"Ordered lots of prints in March"

Ordered lots of prints in March. I have never received the products as India Jane told me they were having problems with components. They now appear to be out of business and PayPal won’t refund me due to the time that has lapsed. A total nightmare! They did have lovely products in the past

Avoid! Avoid ! Avoid!
Ordered coffee table and two lamp tables in July 2023. Went into Bath store in late August to question the were about of my order and was reassured it would arrive in good time of the eta. I asked if they were shutting as the store looked a bit unloved and staff said it was now their outlet store. They obviously lied.
Emailed them 3 times and no response since then.
Can only presume this company are criminals who have taken money with no intention of ever supplying me the furniture.

"Fraudulent Management and Company"

This company appears to have gone bust yet they've made zero effort to announce this to customers. Their customer service is non existent and their website not working! I have an order pending that was placed in July. I have given up and will have to ask for a refund via my credit card company. Fraudulent Management! Stay away!

Spent over £600 in August on artwork. No artwork has been sent to me, no one picking up phone, no response to emails. Believe they have gone into administration or are a scam. AVOID.

India Jane has the most beautiful and unique and elegant items for interior decorations. I have been a customer for the past 10 years.
However, my daughter ordered a mirror two months ago, paid for it, and it has not been delivered as promised. Worse than that, they do not answer the phones or the emails. What can we do???? is there a number where someone serious can respond to the questions about delivery?
