"The process was actually fun from start to finish!!"

When we started with our kitchen project, I was thinking how tedious and confusing it was going to be. Not to be true.....the process could not have been easier and more fun. Our designer, Mark, made it fun and made it pretty stress-free. I look back at the project now and it seemed like it was done and over with before we knew it!!! Our kitchen looks beautiful and when we decide to do another project, I would not hesitate to go back to Mark to have him help us with that too!!!

Overall it was a very good experience. The quality of the products we ordered are excellent. The initial person that came out to talk to us about the floor and measure thought that we should have the existing flooring removed. Then it was recommended to put it right over top after visiting with different salesperson. It looks very nice but there is still a problem with a high lip from the kitchen into the living room area, does cause tripping both in my grand children and myself. Makes me nervous when my wife's folks come over as they are in their 70's and 80's.

Their recommendations for a loca contractor were spot on as he and his crew finished the project ahead of schedule, they cleaned up every day and were respectful of our personal space.

"Happy overall"

We completed a small kitchen renovation, other than the counter top, we installed everything ourselves. When I first called to make an appointment, I felt like the associate was not interested in assisting us as it wasn't going be be a "big budget" project. I decided to stop by and was greeted and assisted by a wonderful associate, Christa. She help us work through design issues, gave us suggestions, explained pros and cons; she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept us up to date on the material time line and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the install. Overall, I liked the selection at Floor to Ceiling and was glad to find an associate that cared about what we wanted, not how much we were going to spend.
