Wes was very helpful and did not push any one product. He simply explained to us the differences and let us choose. He also worked with us to get the estimate and installation set up "long distance". That was very helpful.

We couldn't be more happy with Carpet One. From our initial visit shopping for floor types, to the final installation. Josh was a no pressure salesman and listened to us in what we were looking for in a floor. It took my wife and I a few months before we were ready to make our purchase, but never felt inclined or pressured. I really think he delivered.

Troy and his group of installers were amazing. They walked me through some of the issues we could run into during installs and worked with me on how we could address them, especially with installation on our stairs. Him and his crew really know what they are doing. They showed up at 8am on the dot, which I appreciate as it's hard for many people in today's age to keep commitments. They also left our place clean after completion.

I would recommend Carper One and their installation crew to anyone who has a project coming up.

Karen Skauge from Floor-to-Ceiling was our sales person/planner from the idea stage to the completion. Her in-depth product knowledge was very impressive. Anytime a question or a change of layout plan was brought up, she handled it with ease and assurance. Dan S., Tim B., Jim & Eli, and Troy were all a part of the install team. They did a great job and all was done timely with great attention to detail. We are very happy with how the new kitchen remodel, flooring, carpet and bathrooms turned out.

I was very happy with the selection of flooring available at the store. The instalation was fast and efficient and the flooring installers were professional and did a wonderful job! The salesman I worked with was such a nice man and very prompt with responding as well. What I struggled with was that there were many changes to the actual quote by the time I did the installation it wasnt even close to my original quote. I dont feel as though the salesman knew the product so didnt quote me correctly for the installation I needed. Maybe there would not have been as many changes if he had taken better notes of our conversations, spoke with the flooring installers prior to quoting, and knowing the product would have given him a better understanding of the limitations/specs of the flooring to ensure proper quoting at the start instead of adding on at the end. He had to reffer back to his manager on a lot of things which Im sure was frustrating for him as well!

Our experience with Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home has been great. Our sales person Josh Ackerland was wonderful, helpful and patient while we chose our flooring for our entire first floor of our house. The installer, Chad Vertin and his team are great installers. They were very friendly, professional and made sure they cleaned up when they were done for the day. I also liked that Chad vacuumed and swept the rooms when they were completed with the job. I would highly recommend Josh and Chad to all my friends and family.

We worked with Mark Jensen at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One in Fargo, ND and would absolutely refer him to our friends. His service and willingness to help plan our needs and follow through to completion was great! So many people within the organization were there to consult with if we had additional questions, so sincerely felt a team effort was present in this store. Knowing what we know now, after completing our new build, we would have definitely considered getting more of our supplies from F to C than through the contractors.
