They arrived when they said they were scheduled. Installers were very professional. Called me with questions to verify versus just installing. Cleaned up very well after they were complete. Office staff was enjoyable to work with and helpful with their product knowledge and experience.

We had a great experience with Floor to Ceiling. Karen was very helpful and the carpet installers were absolutely wonderful, they were so professional and did a great job. My only concern was the time that we had to wait after our carpet was ordered and the time that it was installed, but I realize that you do a lot of business and this is probably a very busy time of year.
