Hindsight is 20/20, I wish I had come to Floor to Ceiling for my whole upper floor remodel. It would have been a lot less painful experience to have someone know what they were doing in selections and their experience in knowing things I never thought about. Lou Nagel was a joy to work with in picking out our quartz countertop and helping us walk through the templating process. We came back to her to help us pick out a backsplash and she found us the perfect one. Tim was our backsplash installer and he did a beautiful job and he had a lot of outlets to work around. We absolutely love our family-friendly kitchenette! We finished a spot in our basement with the help of Josh and Krystal at Floor to Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home. We love how the space turned out and Josh and Krystal were over-the-top helpful!
We came in with a design and they helped us make it congruent, fit in our budget and coordinated all the pieces for installation!
Speaking of installation - every single person who entered our home to work on the project was respectful, on time and did fantastic work! They were friendly and super easy to work with...even when we left the door locked one morning:(
