Love the finished look of my kitchen, had a couple of doors that were damaged but they were quickly changed. My friend thought I had changed everything not just the doors and countertops. Would highly recommend Kitchen Makeovers, even with a couple of hiccups they dealt with everything and sorted things out promptly.

The refurbishment was completed speedily by Dave and Richard with the minimum of disturbance.They were excellent kitchen fitters and the result looks as if it’s a brand new kitchen. From initial enquiry to installation, Richard & Dave were a delight to work with. Knowledgeable on all products, professional and supportive of all budgets with no hard sell. I had all cupboard doors replaced & a bespoke tall storage unit built in. The property was respected during installation and always left clean and tidy each evening. The end result high quality, would recommend without hesitation.

The company does not have branches it has franchises you are at the mercy of the franchise holder and his business practices my local one Caterham Surrey is appalling! The Managing Director of the company based in Harpenden does not want to know despite me writing to him and making numerous phone calls I would have thought that he would be keen to protect the name of his company! Surely he has a responsibility that franchise holders of his company are providing the promised excellent customer service and quality kitchen makeover !
Despite boasting excellent customer service and quality products I had a horrendous experience my kitchen fit is of a poor quality. and 3 of the doors are bowed after 18 months.! Despite being guaranteed for 6 years the individual who holds the Caterham franchise is refusing to replace them. He has stated that he will not replace the doors unless I pay him an outstanding amount of £637.50. This is the amount that I have had to spend rectifying the company's workmanship and preventing my boiler being disconnected as the gas engineer could not carry out safety checks He also added an extra £800 in to my agreed quote as the job took several weeks to complete as opposed to the expected 4 days. The fitter was very unhappy that he was not going to get paid for the time he had spent working. I questioned this by email the response from the owner was that I owed £1275 have the email to prove this. He then insisted I owed £2000!! My dealings with him from the time I handed over the 50% deposit have been horrendous !!!! Avoid Kitchenmakeovers at all costs !!! I am reporting them to Trading Standards and filing a complaint with Checkatrade. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Go to an independent company that value their customers and reputation by ensuring they do a good job.
