From the start , very friendly people and good advice and good choices. Prompt installation and very good workmanship especially Paul the fitter he was excellent, always on time and polite. We love our new kitchen now.

Kitchen upgrade. Stefan visited beforehand and advised on the best solution to upgrade my kitchen. He provided great advice and brought sample cupboard doors which looked perfect. Having measured a new worktop & cupboards including tiles, Stefan and his colleague Dan later upgraded the kitchen. Tiling and units look great - a perfect job.

Lucy of Kitchen Makeovers, Portsmouth, came over promptly and helped us to make a plan which would achieve our aim for a better kitchen. She made several good suggestions and gave us time to think through the plans. When we were ready Lucy returned and carefully measured up for the items we needed. Installation began on the date agreed and was done by a very professional fitter. Rob, worked tidily and with an eye for detail. Unfortunately, one panel arrived damaged and had to be replaced, one had not been made to Lucy's dimensions and two other door panels were imperfect. It took time for replacements to arrive which meant that our completion was delayed. This was a manufacturing issue and not down to Kitchen Makeovers. Lucy was very good at keeping in touch with us and keeping the project on track. The end result is very good and we are really pleased with it

"Kitchen refurb"

Great company to deal with from start to finish, from the initial visit to the finishing touches. We needed multiple tadesmen to carry out work including plasterer, electrician, gas fitter and of course the joiner/kitchen fitter, each one turned up when agreed and carried out their work with minimal disturbance to us and were all tidy workers. The standard of the work was faultless from everybody involved, i would and have highly recommended using them to other people. We love our new kitchen, big thanks to Martin and all his team involved. 10/10.

The gentleman who undertook the installation was very impressive with terrific attention to detail and addressed all of my concerns immediately. Could not be happier

I’m not sure if this company want any new business. I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and not once have they responded. If this is how they treat potential new clients then I would be extremely worried on how they treat existing customers.
