Bristol West kitchen makeovers provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Nick came initially to measure up and give a quote. He was friendly and made helpful suggestions to improve the overall look of the kitchen once it was done.Liam the fitter was also friendly and fitted all of my doors and new counter top in just 2 days with a minimum of fuss. Liam was efficient and cleaned up after himself I am delighted with the finished product.

We needed some new kitchen cupboard doors to freshen the kitchen up. Richard was on time and efficient. Straight forward and easy quote and explanation as to what they would do. Took a couple of weeks before the doors came. Paul, the installer, was efficient and did a great job. Very pleased with process and outcome.

"Looks good, but not Happy"

Left it a while before writing this review to see how the kitchen holds up. Kitchen Done in August 2024, New doors, worktops, sink, tap, Hob.
Booked an appointment with kitchen makeovers, Martin came out and talked us through what he can do for us. Price agreed and date given to start the work.
We were told the work would be completed in around 4 days.
The work started, But then things started to go wrong, delays with materials dragged the job on. Then 2 doors that were put on fell off, not screwed in correctly. Which I sorted out. Kickboards were put on wrong, which I had to sort out. Sink and tap installed, sink waste fitted wrongly ( leaking) tap fitted wrongly became loose and twisting round and then started to leak.
I have emailed Martin asking him if we are covered by a warranty for the work carried out. But he hasn't even had the decency to reply to me.
So at my expense I have had to pay to get a plumber out to correct the faults.
Was told that the Tap supplied was the cheapest of the cheap and fitted very poorly.
So would I recommend kitchen makeovers to anyone. I don't think so.
The kitchen looks good, But the work done was shoddy.
And what should of been a four day job took around 5 weeks to complete in total.
Just another service that when you've paid your balance they don't want to know

We were on a limited budget and Darrell could not have been more helpful and updated us with any needed information as required. The installation happened on the day booked and Ben was amazingly helpful and easy to have around for the two days. Brilliant job and really pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend.

William and his team really listened to what we wanted - and kept us informed throughout. Russell (fitter) was amazing and offered his expertise with ideas ... even built us a couple of bespoke shelves and storage with remainder of the worktop and panels! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
