"The purchase took 4 months to complete"

The purchase took 4 months to complete, although it was a straight forward one.
We sat on enquires stage for 2 months, simply because they weren’t dealing with them promptly.
The communication was really poor, and almost nonexistent.
If it wasn’t for constant chasing it would have probably taken double the time to complete.
Also, please note you will probably pay a lot more than your initial quote, in this case it was 1 thousand more.

So went on holiday August 2023 flight was delayed. Decided to use these to get compensation. Ive been told ryan air are refusing to take responsibility for delay. Then i was told this company were taking ryan air to court( not sure if true do ive sent ryan air an email) been over a year and still nothing, not optimistic.

Apparently they specialise in selling Park homes. They got is so wrong on so many occasions.
Did not follow the Park homes act of 2013 and almost cost us a sale.
To top it off they failed to collect monies for fixtures and fittings on completion, of which I am still waiting for but doubt very much wether I will recieve this.

Sooooo slow, and yes before you reply i have made a formal complaint, it's been almost 4 months now, no chain and they have still not even sent enquiries to the sellers solicitor's! wish i read the reviews before i picked them.... use at your own risk!

update, Put a formal complaint in on the 31st July and still had no reply on the 13th August, they have now been sat on my searches for almost a month, and not sent anything to the buyers solicitors, STILL!!! it's been 4 months now and they haven't even the decency to reply to my concerns. DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL MAY REGRET IT, especially if they hand you case over to fentimans !!!

How long will it take? A typical conveyancing process can take between six and eight weeks, but no two processes are ever the same.

This is a lie, this is no chain purchase, and there is zero reasons for me to be at 4 months in and at stage 4 of their 7 stages!!!


UPDATE 16th August,

the day they finally take notice of my complaint is the same day they send the enquires to the sellers solicitor! how funny of a coincidence...

PS like the other complaints they have put me with Fentiman Solicitors..... they are the worst!
