After paying £1050 in advance fees and permissions, this group of solicitors consistently failed to answer any emails that I sent with queries regarding the sale and purchase of two properties. After six weeks and numerous requests, they still failed to provide direct contact details with a solicitor covering my needs. Each time I rang I was put on hold for up to 25 minutes, with the call still not answered. This has been an expensive exercise in frustration. I cannot recommend this company for any conveyancing needs at all. I have since found a far more active and professional conveyancing company.

The team handling my case were very professional and despite a lengthy hold up which was out of their control, they still completed very quickly once they were able to proceed. Communication was very good once things got rolling again. Would use again.

I see that there are some positive reviews. It depends on the case handler you are assigned. There is no way of knowing in advance who this will be and I have obviusly been very unlucky. My sale and purchase have been progressing so slowly since the beginning of July and my case handler and his assistant never answer my emails or phone calls. I had a phone call from my case handler on 23rd October suggesting a completion the following week and I still have no news today, 22nd November. Everyone in the chain is so stressed and I am considering abandoning! Unbelievable lack of communication and progress. The worst experience of my life.

Communication is poor and non existent, at times. They enjoy charging fees without discussing the reason for those fees and provide no advice whatsoever. Progress is very slow and often only made when we chase them for an update.

First of all if there was option for 0 stars I would have selected that.

I chose this company in the beginning for the sale of a property- what should have taken 3 months or so took a painstaking 1 year. The communication was intolerable and constantly you were greeted with a voicemail telling you that the in box was full. Emails are another story these would go unanswered for weeks (no exaggeration) and when finally someone did respond the communication wasn’t transparent or they didn’t respond to your query. Another, matter I faced was trying to get a refund on something that didn’t need to be paid to a third party, this was raised at the time right up until after completion, only to be told by Aja, who was dealing with my case that if they had to do anymore chasing then I would be charged. From experience at first hand I truly know that this company does not work in the clients best interests.

I will give 0 rating to this company if possible.
My flight delay claim was to be settled with one of the companies so I was looking for companies online. Not sure if at all I completed the online application yet the company is saying that they filed the claim and received my entire compensation.

This company got compensation in September. They didn't contact me for a month nor did I receive any email from this company about any communication ever since they filed a claim including claim number.

It is only when I chased the flight company they said they already settled with this company and have no obligation towards my refund in any way.

When I enquired with a staff they said they sent multiple emails but I didn't receive a single communication, when I asked to refund the money to flight company so that I will get my money back they are saying we have done a work and can't refund money. I doubt company's intentions. Moreover they are deducting 42% from my eligible compensation leaving me with peanuts.
