Having recently moved to the UK and needed legal advice on an issue, i approached them online. I was pleasantly surprised at the thorough and relatively quick response by mylawmatters team. It was super helpful.

very good service and satisfactory ,at one point i thought why taking too long but buying a house and dealing with other parties usually take time but they handled my all stuff professionally. and also the portal system informed me every single steps .recommended in all matters and they have all different matters of solicitors .

I've had 2 used them on 2 purchase transactions. The first transaction was with a very busy solicitor who will not respond to the other side or to me due to which the transaction fell through with cost implications on me. The second transaction was with a less experienced solicitor who was responsive, but it took about 6 months to complete.

Their complaints team and process is a waste of time. They will never accept their mistake.

It’s now been over a year. I was told three months ago that we are still waiting for a court date that was in April. Still have very little communication with them still haven’t had any update.
