I was a first time buyer and found this firm on a comparison site. Appeared fine to start with but started getting calls from estate agents saying there had been no response whatsoever. Seemed to be very little communication and was constantly being chased by estate agents as the conveyancers wouldn't speak to them. Took 11 months to complete despite being a cash buyer with no chain although I appreciate there was a lease involved. Made the whole process very stressful and led to the seller threatening to pull out numerous times.
