"Shocking customer service "

I am really upset and disappointed I have been waiting months to be reimbursed for an ongoing health issue with my dog. I pay £64 to cover my dog and I have done all of the chasing , they were waiting on information from my vets but failed to call them , I called the vets and they didn’t receive an email so I called the insurance again to resend, I called a week later and again the insurance were waiting on something from my vets, called the vets and again haven’t received the email. Why don’t you pick up the phone chase the information , I set up a complaint and guess what no phone call from your company and no follow up and again I’m still waiting on reimbursement quick enough to take my money but not quick enough to reimburse me. Don’t use shop around they are expensive and provide a shocking service.

Useless company. I put in a claim for my cat Grey in May 2024 via my vets Dowland Vets. Have heard absolutely nothing since. Cancelled both my insurance policies with them today.
