My wife had already had insurance for our pet , so I needed to cancel policy, the call took 2 minutes and sorted, I will insure in future as service appears to be exceptional

It would have been 5 star's because I actually already have an account with 2 of my dogs and Scratch and Patch have been great with my dog when she had haematidrosis and vasculitis!
But I've set up a policy today for my new puppy and I can't register him on my existing account!
I can't register him on a new account either because the system recognises that I have an account but not enough to put him on it.
So I've gone round and round in circles.
Chatbot? Not working.
WhatsApp? No answer.
So I've emailed with details.
It shouldn't be this difficult to add a dog on my existing account.
And the app itself has a habit of disappearing and not recognising you.
Which is a huge shame because Scratch and Patch are a great insurance company and I'd recommend them to anyone, I do frequently.
They just need to sort out the app.
