After years of our pet being insured with scratch and patch when we did put a claim in for 2 x skin tags removed that need no other treatment they refused the claim. We had checked that this was covered in a phone call previously and gone ahead with the operation! Do also read google reviews as this has happened to others. Do look at other pet insurance providers.

I strongly advise everyone against using this insurance company! Their practices are truly disgusting! If you file a claim for cancer screening early in your policy, you are still required to make full annual payments for the remaining of the whole year, even if your dog has unfortunately passed away. It seems pointless to pay for insurance for years only to be burdened with substantial monthly payments after your pet is gone. It feels like having insurance is worthless in this situation. After reading numerous negative reviews about this company after taking the policy out I now fully understand why and all they are receiving all the negative feedback ! Highly recommend avoiding this company and big a more reputable and known insurance company. I’ve had pet insurance for 20 years and I’ve never known any insurance company force you to continue making payments on an insurance policy after a pet has passed away! And when you mention it on the companies facebook page they block you from informing other potential customers.
