Confirmation email of claim recieved. No communication for 2 weeks. No response to emails. Online system is a joke. Claims do not show on there until paid.

The lack of professionalism and speed of paying claims is awful especially when you have to pay for treatment for a pets chronic conditions.

UPDATE: Spent over 30 minutes on the phone being passed around various departments - never managed to speak to someone about my claim.
