I searched a lot for the coffee table I wanted and found it on your website.
I contacted customer service and got a quick reply from the lovely lady Becky with all the answers to my questions. Becky was very helpful, patient and kind to me. And at my request, I received a price quote from her and decided to purchase another table in a different size. In conclusion, I had an excellent shopping experience when I am from another country and everything was done with the help of the emails.
I will definitely continue to purchase from Nest.co.uk.

I reached out to customer service in error. I was trying to locate a different Nest entity. However, this Nest replied promptly and directed me to the correct entity.

Wrong company. Initially was 1star for other Nest but its wrong one. Polite lady explain that over phone and even offer help in getting in contact with correct Nest. Wish my Nest had same customer service.

I contacted Nest (via email) by mistake. I thought I was contacting Google - Nest. Had a same day response from Sarah explaining my error and that they were not in a position to help. But then went on to give me contact details for Nest support. With service like that I would certainly purchase lights and furniture from an obviously professional company. 5 stars.

Great website but let down by customer service. Unfortunately, they wouldn't accept a return made within the return window because "they couldn't find my request" even though I provided the proof of it being sent. Such a shame and a very bad e-commerce experience.

I mistakenly contacted Nest.com whilst trying to contact Google nest. The wonderful Sarah explained my error and provided a link with a phone number for Google nest. That for me goes above and beyond what you would expect when contacting the wrong company. Thank you very much Sarah, your help was much appreciated.
