The professionalism from every single person, from surgeon to customer consultant, to nurses to even the hotel staff. Everyone was so helpful, caring and welcoming. I am over the moon with my results. I had Dr. Kasemsak and he did a phenomenal job. Healing was a walk in the park no complications at all! I recommend everyone I know to destination beauty. This is my second time going back and always happy with every aspect of it! Thank you destination beauty!!

Destination beauty, my experience was overall excellent . I unfortunately had a hole in my arm which required re stitching ,unfortunately I’m still dealing with this daily with visits to the Dr surgery and nurse .Dr Ring is friendly and professional, he ask what your expectations are and will explain what can be done .
I personally would have liked more interaction with the ward nurses thru the night as my arms had surgery and I found getting to the toilet unaided very hard .Australian nurses do more observations and check up thru the night .. overall I love my arms and my breast lift reduction is excellent .

My whole experience while in Thailand was fantastic. All of my experiences while organising my surgery with Mew was fantastic, unfortunately after mew left my new consultant wasn’t as easy to get a hold of and to be honest I am still awaiting information on removal of some roots from wisdom teeth but the consultant never got back to me.

From start to finish this company has been amazing. I had an amazing rep Kate that made the daunting booking experience so easy and she always got back to me with the 1000 questions I asked even after the deposit was paid. Upon arrival to Thailand everyone we made contact with from being collected from the airport to the hotel staff were nothing short of amazing. The admin and marketing staff are absolutely lovely and listened. The nursing staff are caring, listened to my concerns and not to mention absolutely hilarious, they weren’t shy to have a good laugh or even call me a sook cause that is exactly what I was when it came to the after care of stitches and drains being removed but they dealt with my fears and made me as comfortable as I could be. Dr Angkana what can I say about this miracle worker, she listened to everything I wanted and explained each option and why I needed to proceed with the opinions she was providing, her stitchwork is incredible, bedside manner is elite, just a lovely person. Since returning home I have had a few
Concerns and the Help desk have been fantastic. I receive a response straight away saying they will be in contact and within days they have spoken to Dr A and provided me with an update.

Loved every part of the experience. Surgery with stay for 11 nights and already planning to go back. The DB nurses are lovely and helpful and are so gentle. It was an amazing experience and recommend destination beauty to everyone

I was so pleased with the experience and level of care . I am definitely going to use beauty destination next year for future surgeries. The only thing I’ll say is that if you take someone as your support , make sure they book into the hotel rather than stay at the hospital as it just a padded bench and you have to rent a duvet for them . The care is so good at the hospital that you don’t actually need your support person to stay there at night, they would be more comfortable at the hotel.

I loved the company,but I found the new hospital to be very hard as I wasn’t aloud to go down stairs to get fresh air ( just to walk out side but stay on hospy grounds and I come from the country and was hard for me to be locked up inside in the ac all the time) or even just to go for a coffee with my husband by our selves

I had a fantastic experience with Destination Beauty. I was taken care of for my whole journey from the time i arrived at airport till the time i was dropped off again. The hospital was amazing and the nurses and doctors were very caring. Somerset was beautiful and the staff very friendly. Overall a fantastic experience

"Professional Service with prompt communication"

Communication right from the consult, even now that I have returned home has been prompt. My surgeon Dr Weerachai listened to any concerns and expectations and made me feel safe and in good hands. ING my customer rep has been amazing also, checking in with me during my recovery whilst in Bangkok and back home here in Australia. The Medical staff, nurses we all so friendly, professional, and nothing was ever to much for them if you were in pain or needed help. The hospital itself was Immaculate and better than any hospital I've stayed in here Australia. The medical attention recieved far surpassed my expectations and would highly recommend Destination Beauty if having surgery is something you have been thinking about. Last but not least the hotel was another bonus, rooms were serviced every day, buffet breakfast and any concerns after surgery there is a clinic downstairs where you can book in to see a nurse. The hotel staff were kind, helpful and the rooms were beautiful sized apartment, close to shops, 7/11 and night markets. Would recommend 10/10
