I would highly recommend them if you are looking to get cosmetic surgery in Thailand and then there’s the added bonus of meeting so many wonderful people sharing your journey.

"Dr Angkana work is amazing "

From being picked up from the airport too all the Drs appointments the drivers were amazing.
Dr Angkana work is beautiful and perfect She is a lovely lady who did my body justice. The healing was hard in the hospital but she and the nurses helped me everyday day nothing was a problem to them. The food was great in hospital too.
The Destination Beauty staff are wonderful to work with abd happily helped with any questions so this experience would run seamlessly. This is my second visit abd l will be back for my 3rd next year. I can't wait to come back again.

"Everything went as scheduled "

Everything went smoothly - from the hospital to the hotel; everything was as expected. The support from the nurses, to the time frames of surgery as better than an Australian hospital. The Dr was professional and timely. All went as scheduled. The hotel was excellent; with a heart warming breakfast. It was so nice to go to breakfast each day and connect with all of the other people undergoing similar experiences. The afternoon teas arranged were a great opportunity to meet other people as well.
There were only two things to be improved. Firstly the food in the hospital needs to be improved; and the hotel had scheduled a power outage and I had to walk down many flights of stairs with my luggage. This was unavoidable and unfortunate at the time.
The hotel staff are excellent and very professional.

"My honest feedback"

I think better communication is needed about certain things. I was told my drains would be below my bikini line but they are both near my belly button. I have 2 scars now in middle of my abdomen which was not explained to me. This is my biggest concern as most things I can move on from but now I am stuck with these visible scars which were meant to be below my bikini line.
On my final day I had a final nurse & dr check up and everything was late. Despite explaining my concerns that I was going to be late and miss my flight ×4 times, I felt nothing was really done. The driver came in twice to ask what was going on as he was aware of the late time as well. This was so stressful and I did not get proper last appt and was rushed through as I had to leave to the airport. The appt was nearly 2 hours late and I felt like no one cared. I had to leave to airport and still didn't have my dr letter which I was told would be emailed to me. When I got to the airport I still didn't have my letter and had to call and email and text and I was so stressed as I did nearly miss my flight. I was not allowed on plane till I had the letter. This left a horrible last experience with me and caused me to have a stress attack. Very disappointing. I think final appts where there is a late flight should be scheduled earlier to allow for lateness by dr and care team. This whole final experience did ruin a lot of the good for me.
Overall the care was good but at the end it all went to pieces and I felt like no one cared.

Quality service, with fast replies to emails. I found the surgeon easy to get along with and he was thorough, clear and my surgical result is exactly what I was hoping for.

Wonderful staff and experience. I had a gastric sleeve through Destination Beauty Bangkok and it was overall a fabulous experience. I had a small complication post op which was initially a little hard due to language barrier but the DB team were so tolerant and made sure they had a translator come and talk with me which was all I needed. No doubts with their care and the skill held by the team is next level. Very thorough.

"Happy to recommend"

Based on my previous experiences, I recently had dental work done through Destination Beauty, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My rep took great care of me throughout the entire process, making everything feel effortless. The cost was far better than anything I could have hoped for back home. I also noticed that many of the patients were having plastic surgery post-massive weight loss, and it was clear that they run a very well-oiled operation. I especially loved that they arranged for a pickup from the airport with their own drivers, which made me feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. Highly recommend!

"Up to booking communication is ok"

Up to booking communication is ok. Once there is would have thought I would be contacted by my agent, however nothing, no contact at all,not even to wish me luck with my surgeries, yes I had notification of times Appointments and places (itinery) but still. Whilst in hospital the nurses etc where awesome, helpful and friendly, interpreter Bella is great and if she wasn't available nurses would use the translation app. Again still no contact from my agent... Once at the hotel you meet others and hear their journeys which is great and it wasn't until I went on an afternoon tea that destination beauty organise that I finally briefly met my agent. Again no contact from destination Beauty after my return to Australia accept to do surveys and give feedback. I think this is an area that could be greatly improved and also the hotels not only doing breakfast but also tea for those that don't want to go out or have deliveries. Overall my experience was good just disappointed re lack of contact from the agent who assisted with organisation my journey, it would have been a beautiful personal touch. Just my opinion
