My second visit with DB, the service, compassion and care given is still amazing after 8 yrs since my first visit. I was very relaxed knowing that I would be looked after to the highest level of care. Follow up nurse visits were perfect after my stay in hospital and I felt secure knowing that help, if needed was in the same hotel I was staying in. Communication was good and if it was tricky at all google translate saved the day 🙃
Pain relief was just a buzzer away if needed while in hospital and the kitchen staff spoilt me when they found out I liked dragon fruit ❤️

Evey single person i met was kind, considerate and super friendly. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure my experience was wonderful and my results exceeded my expectations.
From the cleaners in the hospital through to the surgeon I had a only great things to say. The nurses in particular are very caring and well trained in their job... my tricky veins were no match for their IV skills.

The lovely nurses in the hospital clinic were very responsive to questions and nothing was ever too difficult.

Nurse Aom, is a genuine gem of a person - beautiful inside and out. She absolutely wants everyone to go home happy with whatever surgery they have had done.

The hotel staff were also very kind. They went out of their way to learn my name and addressed me by it at every interaction. My comfort and safety were priority, often carrying bags or giving food reccomendations.... and ALWAYS opening the door with a beaming smile.

I had extensive surgery, and cannot put into words how incredibly happy I am with my new body and I have the entire team at Destination Beauty and Somerset hotel to thank.

"Surgery plan with support person changed last minute"

Everything being organised all questions answered transition went smooth in the beginning via email and consult process. Arrived safely all went well. However was not greeted by my rep at the hotel at all nor able to meet her due to them being busy. My rep was changed 2 times toward the end. Great they organised afternoon tea too at the hotel but did not cater for the ones whom had Gastric sleeve so couldn’t eat much of what was on the menu at all. Hospital stay was good excellent there except that a lady with destination beauty I think kitty or kimmy she Told me that my daughter could not stay in my room while I was in icu for one night, as wasn’t allowed?this was not on the plan for my surgery stay in hospital with Mona and she was 23yrs old n my support, she wouldn’t allow her to stay on her own in my room. Gave reason to say noone was allowed to stay if i wasnt in the room? Luckily my daughter stayed with my aunty Sharon in hospital for one night that night otherwise she would have been stuck on her own to go back to the hotel. This made me anxious before surgery and worried about her and her about seeing me after surgery n it was a very Long wait to see each other after surgery. The other patients had their partner or support person stay in their hospital room; but mine wasn’t? The only other thing was that my follow up dr apts kept changing on several occasions which interfered with the rest of my stay as I had booked tours and had to keep changing these to my annoyance but I understand the dcotors were making the changes.
However the overall trip was a success and I would do it all again it was amazing. I also found out that I could of referred my aunty and got a 150 discount off future surgery no one told me about this as this has been my 2nd surgery with destination beauty; I first came in 2013 and help to refer my aunty for facelift then decided another surgery for me. The link wasn’t working for the referral and so it wasn’t completed, the destination beauty ladies couldn’t help me as some couldn’t speak English well so was difficult to understand. Dispite some hiccups everything was good hotel was good breakfast excellent and hospital stay was professional and very comfortable and exploring Thailand was amazing I would come again as my aunty and daughter enjoyed their stay too it was hard to leave and go back home we wished we could of stayed another week thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall with having surgery and a holiday as well.

I had a Neck Face and lower eye lift with Destination Beauty on the 1 November.
I can't believe how well I was looked after all staff were amazing the Hotel was far beyond my expectations and when I went into my private room at the hospital, I thought they made a mistake and put me in the Royal Families accommodation.
The Nurses Dr's and all hospital staff treated me like a king.
They listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly and perfectly.
After my surgery i was worried as I didn't think i was recovering as well as others.
The nursing staff and doctor assured me all was well and that all people heal differently.
I was seen to every second day by Nurses and Dr's this put me at ease, and they were correct I am recovering very well.
A special thankyou to Kate she was amazing made my journey through the whole process flawless.
I cannot recommend Destination beauty highly enough.
