All were very professional, efficient and very helpful from customer service, sales, preparation, training with Zoe Miller, troubleshooting, invigilation and follow up.

I love that you can also let them handle the very card application process for you and they did make a misquote error.

However, as it was in my favour they honoured the slightly lower price I was quoted!

Excellent service, easy to download the App and good and clear on screen instructions prior to and including the actual exam, highly recommend even from a computer illiterate.

Stile of test is fine, but it's hard pass it without translate, you should build in program translate to help some people with medium reading skills , to help them right for education.

I have to say that I would recommend EDExams, they were very supportive and helped me any way they could, made me feel at ease as I had not used zoom before for a test. The customer service was excellent and made sure they checked in before hand to make sure I received all my login for the zoom.

I recently sat an exam with Ed Exams through MOL and although it was a new set up for everyone involved, it went very well. They ensured they called me prior to the exam to ensure everything was working correctly which it was. They checked that everything was ok after the exam aswell which was good. I’d happily sit another exam through Ed Exams but fingers crossed if I pass I won’t have to! Thanks

Considering this was such a new experience for me Edexams went out of their way to make the process of taking my exam online so easy (just a shame the exam was so tough!!). Even when my laptop wasn’t working they made time to have another appointment with me to set up and on the day they answered the phones swiftly and answered my questions instantly. Would not hesitate to recommend them!
