"Helpful and Efficient"

I have had a few exams now with EDExams. I am not the best with technology at all and can never get it to work first time but the team are always so efficient and easy to talk to when I need to get it up and running. Their online chat makes it easy to talk to somebody and when you telephone them they are also really helpful and friendly. Never had any problems, fully recommend!!

Nothing comes on time ! I had to recive my exam results 48 h after taking the test , but it didn’t happened and I am still waiting.

Sat an exam today with them had an issue with my computer which their technical department sorted in the second by taking control of the computer and sorting it all out for me which is really good because I have didn't have a clue what to do big thank you to Louise Fox for all her help
