Not a great experience. Took me 50minutes before I was able to be prepared for the exam. Last minute rush. Not happy and you do not need to stress before an exam. Everything just be set up atleast the day before so there is no messing about.

I couldn’t log in the morning of my exam but Louise was understanding and efficient. Within 5 minutes I was logged in. I can’t thank her enough

Initially I had a problem with the download, contacted the tech dept and they fixed it right away...Could not fault the exam, everything was explained in plain English,Multi choice answers which is not always available when doing other exams with the safety industry...So its a big thumbs up from me...Thank you..

I was very nervous to start with them but after doing this week course i passed with flying colours and i beleive thats down to the way i was trained theres good support if you run in to technical difficulties and all round relaxed vibe very knowledgable people bang on very pleased would definately recomend
