The whole process was brilliant.
I experienced some IT issues. However after i contacting the Edexam IT department, they were able to support me with my issues and allow me to complete my exam with ease.

The app is challenging to install, and they warn does not work with many 'work or school' computers. The course I was completing was for work, as I'm sure many are, and it was a real struggle to install the app and get it to work. This seems very impractical for an app providing workplace qualifications.

Everything seems to be in place but when it comes to receiving results or certificate it’s been more than a month and I still haven’t received my certificate yet. I completed my test on aug 13.So fellow students make sure you get your certificate on time.
