Be careful when you sign up with this company. In very tiny print they hide the fact that you will be charged every month. The offers are also not good

"I really don't trust them"

I've lost a lot of trust in Complete Savings. When I first signed up it was great, but it is becoming more and more difficult to get them to approve purchases - they do not track automatically like Complete Savings advertise that they will. It takes me a lot of time to download and upload receipts, and the customer service is useless - I am constantly receiving automatic replies where it is clear no one has read my email. At the moment, it has become impossible to receive the money I am owed for purchases at Sainsbury's - even after lengthy email chains with customer support. My total pot of money has also become '0' on a few occasions without any explanation of what has happened to the money I earned. You really cannot trust them. Because of this, we're planning to end our membership this month. The amount of time, difficulty and stress that maintaining a Complete Savings account now takes is just not worth the savings (when you can get them!). I would really urge caution to other people thinking about it - you can make a bit of cash, but Complete Savings make it very very difficult to do so.

What a nice little earner Complete Savings is! For them I mean, not us consumers.

I joined (I use the term joined loosely) when I purchased some Odeon Cinema tickets and I got a pop-up offering free (and I quote FREE) benefits for the future. Somewhere in the small print it must have said free for 30 days.

I got an £18 charge on my account a month later and today called the company, cancelled the membership I didn’t know I had and pushed them to refund my £18.

Absolutely immoral way of doing business!

Every month when trying to submit receipts of transactions in order to claim the £20 start fee or the monthly payout, it bounces back, they refuse to verify for multiple reasons so you dont get the reward and dont get the monthly reward, Leaving you to be charged £18 every month. Huge Scam, Avoid at all costs

What a scam. I never signed up to a cashback app. This is click marketing at its worst. Seems to be via Trainline. I go to buy my train ticket, not sign up for you to take my money. You have a banned advert by the regulator. Underhand marketing. Close my account( that I never asked for) delete all of my data. And go e me my money back.

I've been a customer of complete savings for over a year and it was working well for me. Decent savings. I changed my grocery shop to Asda since that was a partner I could get cashback on. However since January I see Asda is now no longer available when I try to do a shop so the retailer is not on my account. I called complete savings and was told Asda is still a reward partner however clearly removed from my account. This seems suspicious and I'm a bit cynical about this service. Hook you in then remove most frequent monthly expenditure..... I can see from another review on trustpilot they too have a similar issue so I'm not alone in this experience 😞.

"It is always a frustrating battle to…"

It is always a frustrating battle to claim ASDA cashback credits. I always have to manually claim it, and the only time they can track it automatically is when my purchase does not meet the minimum purchase limit. Why can't they consistently do it for all purchases?... Also, I have repeatedly asked to clarify their conditions about the number of purchases that I can get a cashback. Is it only 4 purchases for a month, a quarter or the entire year? It is still unclear and they just blame the retailer all the time with no commitment to escalate it. And now, they removed ASDA from the list of retailers under my account. Yet a friend who also has a CS membership still have ASDA listed under their account. How convenient!

"Where's my monthly bonus?"

The email you sent me mentions that I already received the £18.00 monthly bonus when it is not yet credited in my account. It is already showing in the complete savings website that it's already been transferred. Not sure where that went. You also say that the £18 monthly bonus is a savings when in fact, it only off sets the £18 monthly fee, so, I don't see it as a savings.
