"48 days and they're not paying me nor replying to me"

my case has been a "top priority" case for a month and i still haven't got any emails from them, the only emails they sent me were the repeating ones asking for documents i had provided already.

so if you want to earn cashback from their site
1) be prepared to wait for 2 months minimum
2) provide your ID, driver license, passport, tenancy agreement, bank statement, payslips etc, without these they can legally refuse to pay you what you earned with their service

"Complete Savings is the best thing…"

Complete Savings is the best thing since sliced bread! They have already paid me over £7,500 in rebates on purchases since I joined and I have never had a problem. I've saved a fortune with companies like TUI, Hotels.com, M & S and eBay. Also, every month I buy a £100 gift card for £80 which is spendable at loads of outlets including John Lewis. I buy something every month and they always refund the £18 monthly subscription. I can only conclude that reviewers who claim problems with Complete Savings and leave disparaging sometimes libellous, comments are a bit thick! I have told loads of my friends about Complete Savings because it's much better than Topcashback. Pays higher rebates!

"Long term member who is now extremely disappointed with their services..it used to be good but now it’s awful "

I have been a member of what used to be called Shopper Discounts and Rewards for years and it used to work great. Then Complete Savings bought shopper discounts and the service just became AWFUL! Like other reviews stated, Their website doesn’t automatic track other purchases and you have to manually check and claim it as missing purchases. This is time consuming and ridiculous as the very essence of the service they provide is to track cashback automatically.
.Meaning you have to manually send every single email receipt to get the money you are owed.They give the lame excuse of "it's not us it's the retailer not reporting the transaction"!! why should I have to do the job their website is designed to do automatically? They clearly don’t want to pay out the cashback and keep finding something wrong with the purchase. This is bad practice.
It seems that their business model is not based on provide a good service to keep the current customers but rather it relies on people signing up and forgetting so they profit from all the monthly bonus fees not claimed and forgotten about....SHAME ON YOU!
Complete Savings, you need Sort out your website tracking processes and value your long time customers because from the reviews seen here on trust pilot you can clearly see the pattern: many dissatisfied customers that are giving you a change to improve before they leave your company.
Last month I bought a flight ticket for me and for my husband which didn’t track. Then after the trip I sent manually the boarding passes of the flights to prove that the trip had happened. They decided to pay the cashback for only my ticket! This is unheard of! I paid from my pocket for two tickets, the purchase was in mine name and paid by me, therefore the cashback should be for the total price, not only for the ticket on my name. Any customer constantly buy things for others to use. This is normal practice. They just find any excuse not pay. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with their services.
Today I am trying to buy a gift card from their website and it keeps declining the transaction saying there is an error with my card and I should check the address which the card is registered to. But it’s the same address and the same card that I have used with them for years and it always worked! clearly they don’t want to sell the gift card with 20% discount. So so disappointing this company…
I have started to use more TOP CASHBACK and other cashback companies which are more honest than complete savings..

"Does what is promises"

Complete Savings does exactly what it says on the tin. Cashback is paid quickly and at very good rates.

There's a few hoops you have to jump through to take full advantage of the service but they aren't too hard.

The most important thing is to read the terms, know what you are doing, and keep a diary to remind you of key dates.

The only people complaining here are the ones who didn't read the terms and just wanted a quick £20
