I withdrew on 25/03/2025 I’ve still not received this payment! They say 10 working days when you request the money and then they change it and say it again when they have sent it.
It never used to be as slow as this, they have made it even more unbearable to use than it already was previously.

Used to be great, but something changed. I've been using the service for almost 10 years and never really had issues with it (it's really simple to use when you actually bother to read and understand how it works!). But after the last update it gets worse and worse. I have multiple cashbacks cancelled for no reason, cashback payment take absolutely forever to reach my account, and on top of that the monthly fee went up from £15 to £18. And even though it's refundable every month I feel like I am charged more for much worse service.

They do not track purchases. Have to chase all purchases made. Often its too late although I don't see why there is deadline when you can prove a purchase. Furthermore sane applies for monthly bonus. All a bit tedious

Stay away!! I made a purchase of £220 where I was promised 10% minimum cashback, once purchased, I was told the purchase was made on the mobile site so I’m not entitled to the 10%. Made a separate purchase for airport parking and should have received monthly £18, it got declined without explanation. Your earning will get delayed, just so you don’t cancel your membership, gives them time to take another £18 for their monthly service.
My card is linked so I shouldn’t have to upload the receipts, also my 10% was declined because of using mobile site in the tiny small print, stop lying!!
