"Cashback not recieved from complete savings…"
The cashback to from complete savings to my account has not completed even after 10 working days.
You are completely punctual in taking your membership charges but very lousy in paying the cashbacks.

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"
AVOID THIS COMPANY, they are scammers, like multiple reviews they promise a welcome reward but when you try to withdraw they don't process it leaving it pending, I have emailed Mary as Complete Savings suggest on these reviews but they don't reply, they expect someone that has mental issues which causes them to swear when put through stress to stop the mental condition I have, they have no compassion at all.
I was expecting this money so spent what I had and now I have to use a food bank due to their scam
This company has now had court proceedings filed against them to recover the money they refuse to pay, im also considering bankruptcy proceedings as they are unable to pay their promises.
The payment says it should be processed within 10 days but they are waiting the full 10 days as they are waiting to scam more customers before they can pay, they don't like people standing up for themselves

"Avoid"
This company is so close to a scam it’s unbelievable. You have to UN tick a box when purchasing tickets on the train line otherwise they will take £15 a month and claim it’s something that you have agreed to watch out when dealing with these people or purchasing anything from the Trainline app.
Just looking at their response!! that is really inaccurate. You fill out the details to buy train tickets!!!!! in advertently you’re signing up for their company by simply not unticking a box. They don’t take the first payment for a couple months. I’m guessing they hope that you just have forgotten to miss it completely. When you call to cancel, they are based in the Philippines…..
Furthermore when pursuing my refund they refunded me for one of their transactions £18 which is the one I’ve noticed after closer examination, they have been taking this amount with no email notification of any services that they provide to me since December 2022 doesn’t appear as a direct debit on your account at all that’s a total of £600 plus that I know nothing about
Truly a scam

"Good but…"
I joined this cashback website after booking airport car parking as it came up through advertisement.
They offered ~£20 as joining cashback which was decent. They charge an £18pm fee but this can be reclaimed (in a sense) as long as you purchase something through the site once a month (for me it’s through buying gift cards for grocery spending so easy enough to do because I’m always going to go grocery shopping). You do need to manually claim this “monthly bonus” of £18 because it’s not automatically tracked, but it’s not hard to do.
They offer the likes of 10% on ebay purchases, hotels.com, etc (at time of writing this review), so essentially higher rewards than other cashback sites, which is great. And cashback is approved and available for payout really quickly too. So why have they lost a star from me? - well…
…what I’m finding extremely frustrating atm is that I will earn my 10% cashback on a purchase, and out of the blue, half of that will be deducted for no good reason. I have emailed their customer service department and part of their response as to why cashback is randomly deducted includes “when the merchant determines that the purchase is not eligible for Cash Back” - for me this means it’s a guessing game as to how much cashback I’ll actually get. This doesn’t inspire much in the way of confidence unfortunately.
So, overall, I’d say give it a go. Provided you claim your monthly bonus of £18, you break even on the £18pm fee and expose yourself to higher cashback percentages in comparison to other sites (mostly, not always! So do continue to check other sites). But, keep an eye on your cashback.

"Used to work great before they updated…"
Used to work great before they updated their website then automatic tracking of cashback stopped. After months and emails sent it started working again... great! Then past 6 weeks it's stopped again.Meaning you have to manually send every single email receipt to get the money you are owed.Last time I was 1 day over the 90 days to send the emails in so lost out on a payment.Thought as a gesture of good will they'd pay it as THEIR site stopped tracking again but nope! They hide behind "it's not us it's the retailer not reporting the transaction" blah blah" It's a huge pain in the neck having to keep doing this all the time tbh!! Think I'm close to quitting it's a shame as otherwise its a food site and when it does work its great. But why should I have to do the job their website is designed to do automatically? It's happened too many times now and beyond irritating! Also cashout takes ridiculously long time in this day and age.Ten working days to approve etc.You get an email saying transaction will be approved in 10 working days. Then after the 10 days you get a congratulations payment accepted and payment will be approved in ANOTHER 10 working days lol To be fair it can be quicker than this bit it's still far too long.If they don't sort these repeated problems out and not reply passing the blame to other companies and actually take ownership of the recurring non tracking issues I'm gone, haven't got time to ro someone else's job for them, my time is worth more than £10 a month cashback (plus the £18 monthly fee you are charged monthly) which you have to claim back and wait the ridiculously long working days to get your money back.I assume the business model relies on people signing up and forgetting so they profit from all the monthly bonus fees not claimed and forgotten about.... You emailed asking to leave a review so there it is Complete Savings! Sort out your website tracking and processes from genuine feedback from a member of several years or lose the member.... I'm very, very quickly running out of patience with you!! After this review while waiting for my food I'm actually going to have to send 20 emails to claim what I'm owed!

I've made a lot of savings using this site. Just make sure when you sign up it's something you use a lot (every month) and you will be quids in. Saved around 500 in the past 3 months alone

"This scheme is not for me "
This scheme is not for me , I got signed up by clicking a link on ASDA online shop. I had no idea until the £18 was taken from my account.
I cancelled my membership online and called the 0800 number and spoke with Mary. I explained I was not aware I had joined this scheme , she refunded my money and confirmed the cancellation by Email .
Thankyou Mary

"Inadvertently I was signed up through…"
Inadvertently I was signed up through Atlas who incidently sent a free gif if a watch that didn't work they refused to replace it. I noticed 18 per month going out of my account, it took a while to discover where it was going. To be fair they have given a full refund, but it seems a bit of a scam if you don't realise you join. My advise keep clear.
