The only issue I continue to have is that the membership automatically renews which means if you don't make a purchase in a certain month and don't remember to claim the Monthly Bonus it will cost you £18 per month.
This can and probably does lead to many people paying every month without realising that they actually have to claim it, this could be due to ill health or other issues including a death, the £18 will be taken out of the account this is morally wrong and should be changed to something else such as account being suspended after no purchase being made in a 3 month period

"Scam alert!"

I used Complete Savings for a while because I needed to go to London regularly and they provided a train discount.
After about a month, the company suspended my account. I reached out to the support team and they said I was misusing their service. In order to proof I wasn’t, I would have to submit a picture of my passport, proof of address and proof of my bank account. Never in my life did I have a company request this level of information. I then tried to cancel, but never heard back from them. But they still took out the hefty £18 membership fee even though my account was allegedly suspended. I finally managed to cancel through my bank.

This company is scamming people! If it seems too good to be true, that’s because it most likely is - I had to learn that the hard way.

"Unknown services "

They’ve took £15 per month out of my account for months and without me knowing. Took forever to resolve the issue. Only paid some of the money back to me.

No email to confirm account, which is very annoying.

"HUGE SCAM PLEASE AVOID"

Was scammed a couple of years ago for over £150 without realising. The customer service team states that “The only way to sign up is to give your details on the website”. This is completely a lie and you can fall victim to this scam by making a purchase online via a non trustworthy site. Mine was studio the clothing company. PLEASE AVOID AND DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS

"Blocked Access and Lost Cashback: A Customer Service Nightmare"

**Update ** What is the point in you responding to these reviews to send the email to a specific email address? I dropped an email to you on 21st Mar and still I haven't recieved any response and the issue is not resolved yet. I do not have an option to share the compete email thread here. If there is one, let me know, I can share the details here.

The cashback was fine for two months. Then, I couldn't use my travel website through them anymore. They said I had four transactions waiting. When I asked customer service, they blamed the travel company or my computer cookies. But the error message said they blocked me accessing the website because of the waiting transactions, and they're slow to approve them. I spent two hours on the phone and sent many emails, but they didn't help. They say you get cashback, but it doesn't always happen. I've missed out on cashback for the last five days and coming days as well. I am planning to cancel my subscription if this is not solved. So frustrated with the customer service as well, as they dont understand customer issues even after multiple explainations.
