Like several others I discovered not only had my wife been duped into signing up but that Complete Savings monthly deductions had been going on for over 12 years. Each of us assuming that the one knew what the other was paying for. Once I cancelled, received the immediate £45 and completed the claim form, I was astonished to find that I was owed £1515. They paid £515 out very quickly but as 38 individual payments. Obtaining the remainder was a long drawn out process requiring numerous phone calls and emails to the point of me threatening legal action. Even then they twice reduced the amount and I received only £950 of the £1000 still due but thankfully as a
single sum. If you find yourself in a similar situation, tough it out.
