I’m having a dreadful time with this company. I am suspicious that’s it’s because I’m using it regularly for cash back. I’ve had my account suspended without notice. When I rang they are unable to tell me why, then say it’s admin reasons but you can’t speak to admin. They state an email has been sent, it hasn’t. Then when they do send one you are given 5 days to reply to an email address that is not viable, it has permanent fatal errors and is not reachable! When you speak to customer services they state the admin department will be notified and be in touch in within 5 working days. So this in itself drags out the timings, so two weeks in, still no access to the account, still paying the monthly subscription and losing money on purchases. There a ghostings of delay tactics, it does raise some concerns. It will be interesting to see how long this is dragged out for. Also my monthly bonus cash back is linked to a specific company only. It never used to be like this, it used to be as long as you shopped on line the company didn’t matter. I will update my findings when/if I ever hear off them again!!

Not really a review but wanted to know about the membership and the cost of it I have just signed up but I’ve cancelled the membership within the hour because I don’t know what the fees are and by the looks of some of the reviews it’s saying they are taking money without consent

I didn’t even notice that I have subscribed for this subscription until recently after 7 months after taking £126 from my account. Guess now! all these money taken while I was unaware and the service I didn’t want for. I have been deceived while I was making a purchase on lastminute.com for different purpose. It came to my notice bit late, however I did try to take some advantage for any service listed on website but it is useless for me. There is much better way of saving. I could have literally save £18 monthly by myself and save £126 by now, which has now taken off from me.

I don't know how I ended up with a CompleteSavings subscription for the last year! I should have watched my banking account to realise I was having money stolen every month. I joined them previously in 2021 but cancelled and now they joined me back without me knowing?! I'd like my money back for the last year! Ive never even touched the site
